The Post-Workout Green Smoothie Bowl

This 5 ingredient, easy to make, delicious smoothie bowl will load your body up with the nutrients that it needs to power through your day! I love making this smoothie after a tough workout, since it keeps my energy levels high and doesn’t leave me feeling weighed down post-workout, like a carb heavy meal would.

Ingredients:
  • 1 Banana
  • 1/3 Cup Plain (or vanilla) Greek Yoghurt
  • 1 Handful Organic Spinach
  • 1 Handful Organic Kale
  • Almond Milk (recipe HERE)
  • TOPPING: Coconut Flakes, Banana Slices, Puffed Quinoa
Recipe:

Add all ingredients to your blender, then blend on high until thoroughly combined. Pour into a bowl and decorate with your favourite toppings.
