This 5 ingredient, easy to make, delicious smoothie bowl will load your body up with the nutrients that it needs to power through your day! I love making this smoothie after a tough workout, since it keeps my energy levels high and doesn’t leave me feeling weighed down post-workout, like a carb heavy meal would.
- 1 Banana
- 1/3 Cup Plain (or vanilla) Greek Yoghurt
- 1 Handful Organic Spinach
- 1 Handful Organic Kale
- Almond Milk (recipe HERE)
- TOPPING: Coconut Flakes, Banana Slices, Puffed Quinoa
Add all ingredients to your blender, then blend on high until thoroughly combined. Pour into a bowl and decorate with your favourite toppings.
