Chocolate Peanut Butter Coconut Smoothie Bowl

Calling all CHOCAHOLICS! This thick, chocolatey and delicious smoothie bowl is perfect for those times when you need a quick and sweet pick me up! It is refined sugar free, gluten-free, dairy-free and vegan, so it can be enjoyed by everyone.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 organic banana
  • 1 frozen mango (sliced into chunks before frozen)
  • 1/2 cup gluten free oats
  • 2 tbsp organic fair trade cocoa powder
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • water (enough to blend everything together, but not too much to make it runny)
  • handful of ice cubes

TOPPINGS:

  • Coconut Flakes
  • Natural Peanut Butter
  • Organic Granola

RECIPE:

Place all ingredients together in a high speed blender, blend on high until thick and creamy. Top with coconut flakes, peanut butter and granola.
