The ALOHA Smoothie Bowl

Spring has officially sprung and it’s time to celebrate with a pink tropical smoothie bowl! This super delicious breakfast will brighten up your mornings and keep you fuelled and energized all the way until lunch! Packed full of fibre, vitamins and minerals, your body will thank you for such a nutritious breakfast choice.

Give it a try tomorrow morning and I promise that you will LOVE it!


Ingredients: (per 1 serving)
– 1 banana
– 1/3 cup frozen raspberries
– 1/4 cup frozen cherries
– 1/2 a ripe avocado
– 1 large spoonful of natural greek yoghurt (unsweetened)
– 1 tsp chia seeds
– Almond Milk or Water

Blend all of the ingredients together in a high speed blender. Decorate with puffed quinoa, chopped kiwi and frozen raspberries.
