This super delicious and nutritious smoothie bowl checks off all of the boxes for a good-for-you breakfast! Packed with iron, potassium, fibre, vitamins (especially high in vitamin C, K and A) and minerals, this smoothie bowl will wake you right up and keep you fuelled and energized all the way till lunch time.
I am in love with the creamy texture and the rich, green colour of this bowl. The hint of pear sweetness makes it so refreshing and yummy as well!
- 1 Organic Banana
- 1 Organic Pear
- 1/2 Organic Avocado
- 2 Handfuls Organic Baby Spinach
- 1 Handful Ice Cubes
- Toppings: Chia Seeds, Shredded Coconut, Green Grapes, Frozen Organic Blueberries
- Blend all of the base ingredients together in a high speed blender. You may been to use a stamper to push the ingredients closer to the blade, to avoid your blender getting clogged up, since this is a very thick smoothie. No stamper? Just pause your blender and use a spoon to stir it around quickly.
- Pour the smoothie into a bowl and top with desired toppings.
