Tropical Green Chia Smoothie Bowl

This beautiful green smoothie is loaded up with tropical ingredients to jumpstart your mornings! With healthy and natural ingredients, it is sure to impress!

Ingredients:

  • 1 organic banana
  • 1/2 cup frozen pineapple
  • 1 organic avocado
  • 1 large handful of organic baby kale and baby spinach
  • 2 large spoonfuls of vanilla greek yoghurt
  • 1 tbsp ground flax seed
  • unsweetened almond milk
  • TOPPINGS: homemade granola, fresh apple and chia seeds.

Recipe:

Blend all ingredients together in a high speed blender. Pour into a bowl and top with desired ingredients.
