Welcome to the newest addition of the blog, which is all about my travels around the world! Helping you to travel smarter, happier and to guide you to the most beautiful hidden gems around the globe! I originally started up the blog to include only recipes, from all of my healthy cooking and baking creations, but I have grown in both my passions and interest and have slowly started to incorporate more of the personal overall healthy lifestyle into the mix. Starting with the addition of a few fitness routines and playlists that keep my squatting low and jumping high during those burpees, to now blogging all about my travels every month or so around the world! I have been so fortunate to have been able to experience so many travels opportunities, giving me the ability to explore some of the most breathtaking scenes of nature, sail on rough, exciting and crystal blue waters, and taste some of the most incredible food creations at some of the most world renowned restaurants! All of this got me thinking; why keep the blog focused on my daily diet and exercise routines and omit all of the experiences that I am doing on the side!?! This makes no sense, when I could be writing guides for others to help them get the most out of their vacations, advising people of some of the most incredible must-do and must-see sights and activities in certain areas of the world, as well as just overall great travel tips!
