This delicious salad has a kick of flavour and perfect spice, and is just bursting with greens and health! Not only is it INCREDIBLY QUICK & EASY TO PREPARE, but it also will do both your mind and body some SERIOUS GOOD! Sprouts can be found in mostly all grocery stores, and even if you are not able to find them on your own, if you ask someone I am sure that they will be available. From here on out you are entering into a world of no return, as spouts are SO DELICIOUS, can be paired with any other vegetable and are an incredibly healthy and delicious addition to ANY MEAL! Bring on the sprouts!
- Romain Lettuce (washed and chopped)
- Radish Sprouts
- 1/3 of an Organic Cucumber
- Small Handful of Grapes
- 2 tbsp Raw Pumpkin Seeds
- OPTIONAL: Hummus and avocado on top, for a creamy and smooth dressing
Make sure all of your ingredients are gently washed (besides the pumpkin seeds) and then pop them all into a large bowl. Portion sizes for the lettuce and sprouts all depend on how hungry you are and how filling you want your salad to be!
