Avocado-Pumpkin Seed Toast

A delicious piece of Stonemill Toast piled high will half of an avocado and sprinkled with the perfect amount of pumpkin seeds…WOW. And pair that with your favourite fruit…it is heavenly! Not only will you feel energized and ready for everything your morning could possibly throw at you, you also will feel light and bloat-free, as this meal will not weigh you down! Such a simple and delicious meal, with countless health benefits…I do not know how anyone could ever resist!


  • 1 Slice of Stonemill Bread
  • 1/2 Organic Avocado
  • 1 tbsp Pumpkin Seeds
  • 1 Large Navel Orange


Pop your slice of bread into the toaster. Once toasting, scoop out half of a ripe avocado into a small bowl and add the pumpkin seeds. Mash together to form a creamy spread. Peel your favourite fruit and spread the avocado and pumpkin seed mixture onto your toast, then put it all onto one plate. IT IS THAT SIMPLE!
