  • 1/2 cup gluten free oats
  • 1/2 cup organic blueberries
  • 1 spoonful natural Greek Yogurt
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp flax seeds
  • 1 tbsp hemp seeds
  • Optional: almond milk, maple syrup, almonds, pumpkin seeds…



Make you oatmeal first (heat oats and water in the microwave, or on the stovetop) and then combine all the other ingredients together on top!
