I know that many of your mornings are similar to mine, where you are trying to enjoy the morning, yet are always rushing around to one place or another, whether it be to class, the gym, or to meet up with a friend. This power shake smoothie, along with all the other smoothies on my blog are the perfect way to refuel your body for the day as well as are quick to make and super delicious. These quick recipes are always packed full of delicious super foods, which is one of the reasons why your body reacts so well to them, since they are providing both your mind and body with the nutrients it needs and craves.

- 1 organic banana
- 1 organic orange
- 5 organic strawberries (cut up and washed)
- 1/2 cup gluten free oats
- 1/2 cup almond milk (or water)
- 1 tbsp hemp seed
- 1 tbsp chia seed
Put all of the ingredients into your blender and blend on high. Pour into a glass and have a lovely morning!
