Vegan Ferrero Rocher Shake

The best breakfast EVER! I was in the mood for a something naughty, sweet and incredibly chocolatey and this was just that! Except, not only is it healthy, it is also packed full of fibre, antioxidants, potassium, protein and healthy fats! How amazing is that!? It takes 2 minutes to add the ingredients and blend together, and consists of simple, organic, vegan ingredients πŸ™‚ What a perfect way to satisfy that sweet tooth without over loading on calories, sugar and fat!

Ingredients:

  • 1 organic banana
  • 1/2 cup gluten free oats
  • 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp shredded coconut (optional)
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp hemp seeds
  • 3 ice cubes
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/3 cup water

Recipe:

Add all of the ingredients to your blender. Blend on high until smooth and nicely combined.
