This delicious 5 minute vegetarian lunch is warm, deliciously cheesy and packed full of crispy kale! The crunchy, crispy outside and soft melted inside makes for an incredibly satisfying meal. The best part is that the kale gets nice and crispy, similar to a kale chip! So wonderful to bite into, every bite being more and more delicious 🙂
- 1 small whole wheat wrap
- 3/4 cup washed and chopped organic kale
- As much cheese as desired
1. Place one wrap in a pan on medium heat, After about 30 seconds add the cheese and kale to one side of the wrap.
2. Fold the other side of the wrap over the cheese and kale. Flip over the quesadilla once lightly browned and the cheese has melted.
3. Take off heat.
