This delicious and nutritious smoothie is the perfect wake up breakfast! Loaded up with beta-carotene, vitamin C, vitamin A, folate, protein and healthy fats, and vegan and gluten free, so can be enjoyed by the masses! I made this smoothie in bulk in the food processor and poured it into 4 mason jars for a grab it and go breakfast. I am not too sure of how much of things I put into the smoothie exactly, these amounts that are listed below will hopefully make up just one portion size.
- 1 cup frozen mango chunks
- 2 large organic carrots
- 1 banana
- 1 tbsp hemp seed
- 1 tbsp chia seed
- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 tsp cinnamon
Combine all of the ingredients in your food processor. A blender could be challenging with the carrots, but you could give it a try! Pour into a glass and enjoy, or store in the fridge in a mason jar for later.
