- 1 handful raw cashews
- 1/2 cup almond meal
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1/3 cup hemp seed
- 1 tbsp chia seed
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tbsp melted coconut oil
- 1/3 cup natural peanut butter
- 1 handful dark chocolate chips (for vegans either omit the chipits or opt for vegan chipits)
- 1 cup puffed rice cereal (such as rice crispies)
- 2 tbsp almond milk
1. Combine the first 6 ingredients together in a food processor. Blend on high until nicely combined together.
2. Add in chocolate and almond milk. Blend on high.
3. Lastly, stir in rice cereal. Scoop into a baking tin, lined with parchment paper. Spread the mixture evenly in the tin.
4. Put into the freezer to set for 1 hour minimum. Cut into squares and eat up!
