Vegan Chocolate Coconut Donuts

One Word…. WOW!

These delicious donuts are so delicious I don’t think I can stop eating them…I will have to make a whole new batch! They are so easy and fast to make and fast chocolatey, and sweet. The are the perfect consistency, just like a store bought donut! So happy with how these turned out ๐Ÿ™‚ I don’t have a donut pan , so just used a muffin tin and right when they came out of the oven quickly cut out a circle in the middle of each thin “muffin”. SO simple yet SO good!
