Maple Chocolate Peanut Butter Ice Cream

WOW! This combination is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! I just popped everything that I was craving into the food processor and out came this godly creation. It takes all of 3 minutes to make and and TRUST ME you will be overly satisfied. It can be enjoyed by all whether you are gluten free, vegan, vegetarian, lactose free… the list can go on and on! Ingredients:

  • 2 frozen organic bananas (chopped)
  • 3 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp natural peanut butter (can be any nut butter)
  • 1/2 cup almond milk (I use unsweetened)
  • GARNISH: chopped peanuts, almonds, chocolate chips… WHATEVER YOU FEEL LIKE! 🙂

Recipe: Pop everything into the food processor and blend on high until mixed and of smooth consistency. Scoop it into a container or bowl and either eat it right away or leave it in the freezer for a few hours. Keep any leftovers (I sincerely doubt there will be any) in the freezer. Enjoy! B
