Superfood Oatmeal

This scrumptious breakfast is sure to jumpstart your morning and fuel your body with goodies 🙂 It is super quick to make and therefore makes it perfect for on the go mornings, whether you are running to classes or to work! 

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup gluten free oats
  • 1 organic peach
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp goji powder
  • 1 tsp ground flax seed
  • 1 tbsp hemp seed
  • 1 splash of maple syrup 
  • 1 splash of almond milk

Recipe:

Make your oatmeal by adding some water to the dry oats and put it into the microwave for a minute or so until it has soaked up the water. Add the peach and the rest of the ingredients. Stir add together.
