Banana Spinach Spirulina Smoothie

This cleansing and detoxifying smoothie is the perfect kick start to any morning, providing your body with loads of energy and and vitamins! The colour may scare some away, but trust me the delicious taste and incredible health benefits will make every sip enjoyable πŸ™‚

Ingredients:

(enough for 2)

  • 2 bananas
  • 2 tbsp spirulina
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 large handful baby spinach
  • 1 cup frozen mango
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp flax seeds
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1/2 cup water

  1. Put all of the ingredients in the blender and blend on high.
