Lemon Peppered Tilapia

This fish dish has the perfect combination of flavours to satisfy anyones taste buds. 🙂 Fish is a wonderful source of both fibre and protein, so eat up and enjoy! Ingredients:

  • Tilapia fillets
  • Juice of one lemon
  • Fresh pepper
  • Olive oil

Recipe: 1. Mix together the lemon juice, pepper and olive oil. Place into a large ziploc bag along with the tilapia. 2. Let the fillets marinate for a few hours before you plan to bake them. 3. When ready to prepare them, preheat oven to 400 F. Bake fish for about 30 minutes or until the fillets flake easily with a fork. Enjoy! B
