Super Berry Smoothie

This delicious and nutritious smoothie is filled with fibre, vitamins, antioxidants and as a bonus it is low in calories! There are so many yummy organic fruits that are packed into this smoothie, meaning that is is perfect for any time of the day as an energizing pick me up drink that will leave you full and satisfied for hours!

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup frozen mango chunks
  • 1/2 cup mixed berries
  • 1 handful of spinach
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1/2 apple
  • 1 tsp ground flax seed
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp goji powder

Blend all together and pour into a glass.
