Super Berry Smoothie

This delicious and nutritious smoothie is filled with fibre, vitamins, antioxidants and as a bonus it is low in calories! Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup frozen mango chunks
  • 1/2 cup mixed berries
  • 1 handful of spinach
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1/2 apple
  • 1 tsp ground flax seed
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp goji powder
