Mango Banana Blueberry Smoothie

On the hunt for an incredible smoothie?!! THE HUNT IS OVER! THIS IS IT! This delicious smoothie is my first attempt at a multiple layered smoothie 🙂 I loved how different flavours would hit you at different times as well as how nicely the sweet banana and mango complimented the blueberry and spinach! On top of all of this the end result was a BEAUTIFUL LOOKING SMOOTHIE, making it even more of a joy to drink!

It was so simple and incredibly quick to make!

Ingredients:

Purple Layer:

  • 1 handful of spinach
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp flax seeds

Yellow Layer:

  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup mango
  • 1 handful grapes

Recipe:

Blend the purple layer together first with coconut water and then pour into a glass up to the 1/3 mark, then refrigerate. Blend the yellow layer with coconut water and pour on top of the purple layer. Then pour the last bit of the purple layer on top and garnish with whatever you like!
