Skinny Smoothie

This scrumptious blend of flavours makes for a beautifully coloured smoothie that is both incredibly nutritious and delicious! It is packed full of healthy vitamins, antioxidants and nutrients that helps your body to combat disease and sickness! It is bothΒ SUPER QUICK and EASY TO MAKE, and will leave you satisfied for hours.

Ingredients:

  • 1 banana
  • 1/3 of a large cucumber
  • 1 cup watermelon
  • 1 cup frozen berries
  • 1 tbsp goji powder
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • coconut water to blend

Recipe: Blend all together and pour into a glass.
