Apple Pie Smoothie

This wonderful blend of flavours both smells and tastes just like apple pie!   It is filled with antioxidants and will help to fight off diseases and leave you healthy and satisfied. It is very simple to make and will only take a few minutes to prepare!

Ingredients:

  • 1 apple blended in a food processor
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg
  • 2 tsp almond butter
  • 1 tsp maple syrup
  • 1 handful of crushed ice
  • coconut water to blend

Recipe:

Blend all together at high speed then pour into a glass.
