Antioxidant Burst Smoothie

This delicious, thick and filling smoothie is packed with energy and antioxidants. Ingredients:

  • 1/2 banana
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1 handful of grapes
  • 1 cup watermelon
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp goji berry powder
  • 1 tsp ground flax seed

Recipe:

Blend all together and pour into a glass.
