This is the best oatmeal cookie shake around, it is thick, sweet, and delicious! It will satisfy any sweet tooth and leave you happy and feeling great about yourself.
I also added goji powder because it is almost taste free and has incredible anti aging effects, aids in weight loss and prevents fatigue! Bring on the superfood!
- 1 frozen banana (or non frozen and add ice cubes)
- 1/2 cup raw oats
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp nut butter (I use peanut butter)
- 1/2 cup almond milk
Place all ingredients in the blender and blend until smooth.
