Energizing Oats

This vitamin and nutrient packed breakfast has everything to get you energized and feeling fresh in the morning. There are so many goodies your body will love and thank you for in this dish and your stomach will not be growling for many hours after because of the fibre richness and healthy fats from the fruit, oats and seeds.

Ingredients:

  • 1 banana
  • 1 kiwi
  • 1 organic apple
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp ground flax seeds
  • 1 tsp chopped unsalted peanuts
  • 1/2 cup oats

Recipe:

  1. Mix oats and chia seeds with water, then heat in microwave to make oatmeal.
  2. Add other ingredients and combine all together.
